Sending your Inclusions.

Below are the instructions for sending your inclusions to our workshop in Sydney Australia from the US. After placing your order, follow the instructions below to send your inclusions to us.

Order Turnaround: 10 weeks from when we receive your inclusions.

US Postage Instructions:

We recommend using USPS to mail your Inclusions safely to us. You can choose to purchase and print your own shipping label at home through the USPS website or by going to your local post office to purchase shipping.

We recommend standard post using a small padded mailer with tracking. PLease do not mail your inclsuions as a letter. This should cost around $23.00 USD.

We do not recommend sending the last of any materials.

If you are mailing Breastmilk, Umbilical Cord, or Placenta, address your package to the address listed on the first page of the permit.

Ashes

AMOUNT TO SEND:
1/2 Teaspoon

PACKAGING:
Seal ashes in a small resealable bag labelled with your name and your order number beginning with 'S'.

Please use the same name you have placed your order under.

NOTES:

  • We will always return any ashes we don't use with your finished jewelry.
  • Mail within a small padded mailer with tracking.
  • Do not send as a letter.
Hair

AMOUNT TO SEND:
A pinch of hair approximately 0.5cm thick is best but we can work with as little as a single strand if needed.

If sending a very small amount, please tape it to a piece of paper or cardboard.

PACKAGING:
Seal inclusions in a small resealable bag labelled with your name and your order number beginning with 'S'.

Please use the same name you have placed your order under.

NOTES:

  • We will always return any hair we don't use with your finished jewellery.

Pregnancy Test

AMOUNT TO SEND:
You can choose to send the plastic cap, the whole test, or just the test strip.

Dried Flowers

Unfortunately we are unable to receive flower/flora inclusions from outside Australia at this stage.

Sand/Soil

Unfortunately we are unable to receive Sand or Soil from outside Australia.

All other inclusions

We can work with a small amount of any inclusions you'd like to send to us.

Breastmilk Instructions.

AMOUNT TO SEND:
0.06 - 0.5oz / 1/4 -1tbsp

PACKAGING:
You will need to heat treat your milk (don't worry, it's easy) and attach our permit before sending. Please follow the instructions below.


NOTES:

  • Milk does not need to be kept cold in transit.
  • Frozen milk is perfectly fine to use, just make sure you defrost it and squeeze any air out of the bag first.
  • We keep your leftover preserved milk on file.

Prepare your milk:

Seal your breastmilk in a sterile milk storage bag.

Label with: your full name, order number (beginning with 'S') and "Product 1: Breastmilk expressed from human breast"

NOTE:

  • Please use the same name you have placed your order under.

  • Please don't send more than 1.5oz as customs won't release it.

  • It's very important to use a proper milk storage bag and not a zip-lock bag as these are sterile and prevent milk from going bad in the post.

Heat your milk:

Fill a small a saucepan with water, place the sealed milk bag in the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Leave in the boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Double Bag:

Wrap the cooled milk bag in paper towel and double-bag it in a second resealable bag in case of any leaks.

Label the outer bag with:
your full name, order number and "Product 1: Breastmilk expressed from Human breast"

NOTE:

  • To avoid any unnecessary concerns with postal staff, we recommend placing your double-bagged milk inside a plain paper envelope before taking it to the post office (this is optional).

Prepare your documents:

Download and print your order confirmation and permit from your email. Fill out your details.

Seal your order confirmation and permit in a zip-lock bag.

You'll need to tape this to the OUTSIDE of your mailer (so customs can access it).

Label it with
"ATT: Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry"

Ready to send!

You can choose to purchase and print your own shipping label at home through the USPS website OR go directly to your local post office.

We recommend shipping through USPS using a small padded mailer with tracking. This should cost around $23.00 USD.

IMPORTANT:

  • Please DO NOT use a courier service such as FedEx/UPS. This will cause customs delays.

  • Address your parcel to the address listed on the first page of the permit. This is our street address, NOT our PO Box.

  • Declare your package as
    "Jewelry making supplies" on the CN22 (declaration post office staff will give you).

Placenta/Umbilical Cord Full Instructions.

AMOUNT TO SEND:
1 Placenta Pill,
or a small 5-10mm section of placenta/umbilical stump.

PACKAGING
You will need to heat treat your placenta/umbilical cord (don't worry, it's easy) and attach our permit before sending. Please follow the instructions below.


NOTES:

  • Please only send the amount you'd like us to use.
  • We cannot return any leftover umbilical cord/placenta.
  • We do not keep leftover placenta/umbilical cord on file.

Placenta/Umbilical Cord Full Instructions.

Step 1: Heat Treatment

Placenta and Umbilical Cord need to be fully dried and heat treated before sending.

If you are sending a placenta pill, this has already been done. Skip this step
.

Heat your oven to 356 °F.

Place a small section (approximately 10mm) of placenta/umbilical cord on a baking sheet into the oven.
Heat for 30 minutes with the door cracked open slightly.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 2: Packaging

Seal the Placenta/Umbilical Cord in a small resealable bag.

Label the front with your full name, order number (beginning with S) and "Product 1: Human Placenta" OR "Product 1: Human Umbilical Cord.

Step 3: Send Your Package

Download and print the permit from your confirmation email and fill out your details.

You can either purchase and print your own shipping label at home through your country's postal service website (USPS) OR go to your local post office to purchase shipping.

We recommend using a small padded mailer with tracking. This should cost around $23.00 USD.
