This keepsake is crafted from 925 sterling silver or 14ct gold-filled materials. Each piece is expertly soldered by hand, ensuring an elegant design that honours your most precious memories.

925 Sterling Silver: A solid, lightweight metal made from 92.5% pure silver.

14ct Gold Filled: A layer of 14-karat gold pressure bonded to a base of jeweller's bronze. Delivers the look of solid gold at a lower price point. More durable than gold-plated and gold-vermeil jewellery.

Please Note: Our soldered keepsakes feature a dainty and delicate design and are the most lightweight pieces in our range. Due to their fine structure they require extra care during wear.

Our birth-flowers are color-stabilised to preserve their colour. This special treatment ensures the flowers don't turn brown over time.

Jewellery Care Guide:

Keepsake jewellery should be treated with care, similar to the way you’d care for pearl jewellery. Please follow the guide below to ensure your keepsake remains beautiful:

• Avoid contact with chemicals, cleaning products, and cosmetic products. These can dull your stone over time and damage precious metals, especially gold-filled jewellery.
  
  
• Avoid leaving your jewellery in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. While our keepsake stone material is 100% UV stable, your keepsake holds your personal inclusions which may be faded by UV rays.
  
  
• Your keepsake stone is 100% waterproof and can be worn in fresh water, however please remove it prior to swimming in chlorinated water such as pools and hot tubs.
  
  
• Clean your jewellery regularly by gently buffing it with a soft, dry polishing cloth. 
  
  
• Clean with mild soapy water when needed.
  
  
• Soldered keepsakes are the most lightweight pieces in our range and require extra care during wear. Always remove your jewellery before undertaking any physical activities that may cause damage.

STEP 3: Add Additional Inclusions (Optional)

Select if you’d like to include any additional inclusions such as flecks, flowers, birthstones, hair, or anything else special to you.

STEP 4: Placement of Additional Inclusions

Additional inclusions will be placed over your selected stone base. Select from the available placement options.

If you're adding hair, select the placement from the available options, hair is placed over the stone base.

STEP 5: Share Your Story (Optional)

Each keepsake is carefully handmade to order, making every piece truly unique.

Our standard processing time is 8-10 weeks from when we receive your inclusions. During peak seasons like Mother’s Day and Christmas, turnaround times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

We’ll keep you updated at every step of the creation process.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of receipt. It does not include damage from normal wear, accidents, misuse, or alterations made outside of Milk & Stone’s care.

Milk & Stone Jewellery purchased after 17/11/2023 is covered by our non-yellowing guarantee. If your stone material ever discolours, we’ll repair it free of charge.

We can not guarantee the colour fastness of your inclusions due to the unique nature of your selections.
