The Reliquary Collection

Keepsakes made to outlast our lifetimes.

The story behind our Reliquary Collection.

The Reliquary Collection is our interpretation of a jewellery style that has existed since the 4th century BC, with origins across multiple cultures. It’s a style that has truly stood the test of time, with many original pieces still holding their inclusions perfectly preserved.

Reliquaries were created to protect what mattered most. They held everything from the ashes of the Buddha to the bones of saints and small fragments believed to carry spiritual significance. Over the centuries, they grew from simple carved boxes into some of the most intricate and technically impressive metalworks of their era.

These pieces were built with longevity in mind. They were crafted from materials like gold, silver, brass and bronze, and many medieval reliquaries have survived for more than a thousand years. Their sealed, solid-metal chambers shielded their contents from moisture and damage, while the addition of clear crystal allowed the relics inside to be seen without ever being exposed.

Countless reliquaries in museums today still hold hair, bone, fabric, and florals in their original state; proof of just how effective this design has always been.

We’ve taken this method and used it to shape our Reliquary Collection.

How this collection is different.

Sealed beneath crystal quartz

Your inclusions sit behind hand-cut clear quartz, which is harder and more scratch-resistant than glass.

Waterproof chamber

The 'chamber' is completely sealed, keeping your inclusions safe from moisture.

Completely resin-free

No resin, so it stays clear and never yellows or clouds.

Solid metal design

Cast in solid precious metals. No solder joints. No plated components. Created for true heirloom durability.
