FAQ
Can I send frozen milk?
Yes you can!
If your milk is frozen please make sure you defrost it and mail it to us in a sterile milk storage bag.
Squeeze out any air inside the bag, seal it, wrap it in a paper towel and place it inside another milk storage bag. Label the second bag with your order number (not receipt number) and your name.
Your milk does not need to stay cold in transit.
How much of my inclusions do I send?

What is the difference between Gold Filled and Solid Metals?
Gold filled jewellery has a layer of gold bonded over a base metal. It offers the look of gold at a more affordable price point and has a thicker gold layer than standard gold plating.
Because gold filled is a layered material, the outer gold layer can gradually wear over time, particularly with frequent wear or friction. It can also tarnish and requires regular gentle polishing to maintain its shine.
Scratches and wear can be difficult to remove, as polishing too deeply may expose the base metal underneath.
Solid metal jewellery has no outer coating or gold layer to wear away. Our solid metal options include precious metals such as solid gold and sterling silver, as well as Jeweller’s Brass.
Solid gold is our premium option for a gold-toned keepsake.
Jeweller’s Brass is our more affordable solid gold-toned alternative. Because it is solid metal, there is no outer gold layer to wear away. Brass is strong and has been used in jewellery for centuries, making it a good option for keepsakes containing irreplaceable inclusions when solid gold is outside your budget.
Brass does naturally tarnish and requires regular polishing to keep its shine. Depending on individual skin chemistry, it may leave a temporary greenish mark on the skin. This is harmless and can be washed away with soap and water.
For keepsakes containing ashes, hair or other inclusions that cannot be replaced, we recommend choosing a solid metal where possible. Solid gold offers the highest-quality finish, while Jeweller’s Brass provides a durable and more accessible solid-metal alternative.
How many inclusions can I add to my stone?
We recommend limiting your additions to 3 inclusions. The more inclusions you add the 'busier' your stone will look. We find that busy designs distract from the natural beauty of each inclusion and the story being told.
