Our current turn around time is 10 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions.
This is an estimate only and is subject to change.
Turn around time varies depending on order volume and the time of year.
Please remember we make every single piece of jewellery by hand.
Intake is processed weekly on Mondays for inclusions received the previous week. For example, if your inclusions arrived during week March 3rd - 9th, you'll receive a notification on Monday 10th.
Once we have completed intake for your order, you'll receive regular updates throughout the creation process. You can also check your status at any time by logging in using your order number and email address below.
